What is your refund policy if travel can’t be taken?

Deposit for the tour is 500$, that amount if not refundable, however it is transferable. In case if tour is canceled that full amount will be rolled other to any other tour, at any time within years we are operating tours. Full payment is due 45 days before tour starts, in case if tour is canceled because of the pandemic, we process full refund. In case if tour is canceled by a guest, our normal cancelation policy applies.

What happens if a particular country closes down while on the tour?

In case if a country closes while we have guests on the tour, we reroute the itinerary and substitute with different sightseeing. At all times we will provide guests with hotel (of equal standard), transportation, guide-escort, meals and entrance fees.

What happens if someone gets sick?

In case if someone is sick on the tour we take the guests to a hospital recommended by US Embassy and they get treatment. We provide a translator who will be with the guest at all times. If needed help with returning flight and airport transfer. Medical service is of high standard and at fraction of cost in USA.

Are the air bookings refundable given the airline policies currently in place and assuming the airlines don’t change their policies?

All air tickets are subject to airline refund policies. We have no control over it.

Are there any other things we should know about booking a trip such as this in a post-covid world?

We expect you to be vaccinated, as well as majority of population in countries you will be visiting and expect not to have any impact of Covid in the tour. In case if there will still be restrictions or risk to your health, we would be recommending to further postponing the tour.

Is the discount on the Caucasus tour still applicable if we take the 5 Stans or 5 Stans and Hell’s gate tour?

Yes, there will be a 50% discount on our Caucasus all-inclusive 13 days tour to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia. In case if you will be traveling in a private party of 6 or more, your Caucasus tour also going to be private.
